SMM was established by its founder on April 12th, 2021. Since then, SMM has been building a highly qualified team led by its Administrative Director and Property Manager.
From day one, SMM has been determined to end the “slum lord” stigma that has been plaguing the industry for over 40 years. This vision has been our North Star, in our quest to revolutionize the industry.
Moving forward, SMM is targeting like minded individuals and companies with similar goals with the desire to partner with us to make this dream a reality.
